Since I was off today, I decided to have a "lazy" lunch outside. Had guava fruit, fresh coconut, and hemp milk.
Salads that I had this week:
1) Tomatoes, radishes, avocado, and hemp seed hearts
2) Red and orange peppers, baby kale, chard, cucumber, cilantro, hemp seed hearts with balsamic vinegar
3) Strawberries, honeydew melon, blueberries, coconut chips
